Daryl J. Jacobs received his undergraduate degree from The City College of New York and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from Whittier College School of Law. Additionally, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
Mr. Jacobs is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and before the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Estate Planning Council, County Bar Associations and the Florida Bar Association.
He is founding member of the “Wills On Wheels” program of the Put Something Back project, recognized by the Florida Supreme Court as the Outstanding Volunteer Bar Association Joint Pro Bono Program in the state. His dedication to elder law has played a key role in his community service.
